God cares about the parts of you that feel tired, anxious, or overwhelmed, and He invites you to find rest in His presence. Healing grows when we bring our real thoughts and emotions into His light and let Him speak truth over our hearts. These workbooks are created to help you reflect, process, and discover God’s peace in practical ways. Jesus is here — ready to meet you, steady you, and guide you into deeper wholeness.

The Bible warns us to be cautious with people who twist truth for their gain, calling them “wolves in sheep’s clothing” (Matthew 7:15). Scripture says to “guard your heart,” reminding us we are not required to trust those who deceive or control us (Proverbs 4:23). Even Jesus set boundaries and walked away from people who tried to manipulate Him (John 10:39). With God’s wisdom, we can choose relationships that are honest and loving — and step back from those that are not.

God made you to know Him and live in His love forever, but sin broke that relationship. Jesus died on the cross for your sins and rose again, defeating death so you can be forgiven and restored to God. When you trust Jesus to forgive your sins, lead your life, and give you eternal life, He makes you new from the inside out. You can say yes to Him today — the One who conquered death is ready to save you and walk with you forever.

Love is the very nature of God, so eternity with Him is the fullness of love — nothing missing, nothing broken. Heaven is where love finally goes unresisted, and every relationship is healed in His presence. Hell is the result of rejecting the God who is love, and therefore rejecting love itself. Trusting Jesus is how we receive that love now and let Him lead us home. In the end, love divides eternity — and Jesus carries us across.

Amy Carmichael (1867–1951) was an Irish Christian missionary who served in India for more than 55 years — without ever returning home. She is especially remembered for rescuing and protecting children who were being trafficked in Hindu temple systems, particularly young girls. She founded the Dohnavur Fellowship in Tamil Nadu, which became a safe home, school, and family for hundreds of children who called her “Amma” (Mother).

James Hudson Taylor (1832–1905) was a British Christian missionary who spent more than 50 years in China and founded the China Inland Mission (now OMF International). He’s considered one of the most influential missionaries in history.

True wellness is more than physical health or emotional stability—it’s a life rooted in Christ. Christian wellness invites the believer to pursue balance and restoration through faith, aligning heart, mind, body, and spirit with God’s truth. In a world that often separates the spiritual from the emotional, Christian wellness brings them back together. It recognizes that anxiety, grief, and weariness are not signs of weak faith but opportunities for deeper dependence on God.

“Grow in grace — not in one grace only, but in all grace. Grow in that root-grace, faith.… Grow likewise in humility. … As you grow downward in humility, seek also to grow upward — having nearer approaches to God in prayer and more intimate fellowship with Jesus.” — C.H. Spurgeon, Amazing Grace (2 Peter 3:18)
